Job summary Options for Care is looking to recruit an exceptional Deputy Manager passionate about working with individuals with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses. The post holder will be responsible for aiding the manager in providing clinical leadership and management. They will serve as a role model for clinical care within a diverse team, overseeing and supporting the delivery of high-quality, personalised care for mental health patients and their caregivers. Main duties of the job Your main responsibility is to lead the team in providing exceptional care to service users while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. You will maintain good practice through audits, establish therapeutic relationships, and monitor service users' physical, mental, and emotional states. As a professional, you will participate in the organisation's appraisal process, align personal development with its objectives, and ensure the safe administration of medicines. It is also essential to respect different approaches within the team, maintain confidentiality, and conduct yourself professionally towards service users, colleagues, and other agencies.
