Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to drive our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in content creation, social media strategy, event coordination, and audience engagement. You will play a key role in growing our online community, promoting our products, and ensuring our events receive maximum exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
* Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored to each platform.
* Design, edit, and post high-quality images, videos, and written content to align with our brand’s identity.
* Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Implement SEO best practices for content reach and visibility.
* Schedule and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
Email Marketing & Community Engagement
* Create and distribute weekly/monthly email newsletters with company updates and event announcements.
* Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted communication.
* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
* Monitor and update Google My Business, responding to all reviews on Google and TripAdvisor.
Photography & Content Creation
* Conduct product photography for artworks, books, and other merchandise.
* Take bar photography for promotional use of drinks and events.
* Work with external content creators and bloggers to develop collaborations.
Event Coordination & Partnerships
* Assist in creating and managing event pages on platforms such as Eventbrite.
* Collaborate with PR teams to ensure media exposure and strategic partnerships.
* Partner with local businesses to amplify marketing efforts.
* Assist in writing and publishing blogs on the company website.
Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
* Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google My Business.
* Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and paid social media advertising.
* Proficiency in photography and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Experience with SEO and blog writing is a plus.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
