Who You Are You are a fully qualified social work professional with a current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to converse effectively with children, families, and multi-agency partners. Your ability to assess complex family situations, identify needs, and negotiate with families is complemented by your knowledge of the Children Act 1989, the Children Act 2004, and safeguarding procedures. Experience in a social care or similar setting, alongside effective time management and IT skills, is essential. For Grade K, additional experience with high-risk cases and the ability to supervise social work students is also required.
