Due to continuous growth and exciting future strategy we are now supporting with the hire of a Senior Sales Manager to join their thriving hospitality team!
The role
An exciting new role has become available for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager where you will be responsible for driving revenue and meeting personal and team targets. The main focus of the role is to sell across a range of hospitality packages for major events as well as line managing a team of Sales Executives within the team. There is an element of account management as well ensuring repeat business is secured and that client accounts are maximised. Negotiating contracts and creating bespoke packages are all part of the role.
About you
We are looking for a proven sales background in the hospitality and events industry with a track record in overachieving revenue and personal targets set. You will need to be able to lead and motivate a team, and have excellent negotiation and communication skills. The ability to build long lasting client relationships in this sector is also key.
