Job summary Royal Surrey Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint an ST3 level Trust Doctor in Respiratory Medicine to cover a training gap. The posts will be a combination of service delivery and educational input within the specialty. The post-holder will have a named supervisor, and will be supported in undertaking scheduled educational opportunities within the Trust and clinical specialties. Successful applicants will support specialty teams in Respiratory in the management of their in-patient & out-patient workload, and will participate in out-of-hours cover on the registrar rota. The specific rotation preferences will be discussed with candidates at interview. Main duties of the job From a clinical perspective these posts will participate in the senior trainee rota. The main duties of the post will include: Provision of care with responsibility for the management of patients with acute and chronic conditions including complex cases.
