Robert Walters are currently working in partnership with a forward thinking, innovative consumer goods business based in Wokingham, who are seeking a Finance Manager to join them, initially, on a 12 month FTC basis with a view to moving to a permanent opportunity, should it be mutually agreeable to both parties. Reporting into the Group Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the monthly management accounts statutory accounts and statutory returns, balance sheet reconciliations and taxes of some of our clients European entities. Other responsibilities of this Finance Manage role include: - Monthly balance sheet reconciliations - Working closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to sort issues - Monthly VAT returns - Management of accruals and prepayments - Working closely with our clients sales team to provide analysis and information This role would suit a Finance professional who is available on a short notice period and can commit initially to a 12 month fixed term contract role. The role is paying a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 plus a 3/2 split hybrid working policy and additional benefits inc. private medical. It would be an added benefit if the successful applicant was fluent in French given interactions with suppliers. This role is looking to be recruited and, ideally, started ASAP.
