In a Payment Operations and Support role, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management and optimisation of payment-related operations and services within our organisation. Serving as a vital link between clients, banking partners, and the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of payment processes and delivering exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
1. Banking Partner Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations with banking partners to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
2. Payment Set-Up: Manage the setup of payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Payment Approvals: Oversee the approval process for payments, ensuring adherence to established protocols and security measures.
4. Client Account Opening: Facilitate the smooth opening of client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
5. Account and User Creation on Everpay Platform: Manage the creation and maintenance of accounts and users on the Everpay platform.
6. Account Opening/Closing Letters: Generate and process account opening/closing letters as required, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Invoicing: Handle invoicing processes, including account opening fees, and ensure accurate and timely billing.
8. Annual Client Audits: Coordinate and participate in annual client audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Client Communication: Engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, social pages, WhatsApp, and chatbot, to provide timely and effective support.
10. Company Announcements: Disseminate information regarding holidays, company updates, and other relevant announcements to clients and internal stakeholders.
11. Affiliate Statements: Generate and distribute affiliate statements accurately and in a timely manner.
12. Involvement with Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and support related to operations and customer support aspects.
