Responsibilities
1. Identify potential clients who fill our online form through various channels, including online research & social media.
2. Engage with prospects via telemarketing to introduce our services and generate interest & qualify.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in our claim portal, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
4. Collaborate with the claims specialist to develop effective strategies for converting leads into customers.
5. Communicate clearly and persuasively with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
6. Assist in the development of marketing materials that support lead generation initiatives.
Skills
1. Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, demonstrating a strong ability to generate leads effectively.
2. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively to team dynamics.
