About the Role
To support the growth of our semi-liquid investment programs within the private wealth space, we are hiring an Investor Onboarding Analyst for the Investor Services team. This role will focus on ensuring a seamless investor experience, managing operational processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support our semi-liquid product offerings tailored for high-net-worth investors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate the investor onboarding process, including reviewing subscription agreements, AML/KYC documentation, and tax or regulatory forms specific to semi-liquid structures.
2. Capture and maintain investor data throughout onboarding and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with private wealth operational needs.
3. Respond to investor inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, focusing on delivering a best-in-class client experience for high-net-worth and private wealth clients.
4. Escalate complex or high-priority queries related to semi-liquid products to senior team leads or subject matter experts.
5. Reconcile investor data with Fund Administrators’/Transfer Agent records and resolve discrepancies in line with semi-liquid product reporting standards.
6. Manage and maintain investor data rooms for semi-liquid products, ensuring accurate documentation and secure access.
7. Foster strong collaboration across internal departments—Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance—and with external service providers to support the unique requirements of semi-liquid products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. 1-3 years of professional experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial services, with exposure to semi-liquid product structures strongly preferred.
2. Familiarity with Salesforce, Intralinks, or similar platforms is advantageous.
3. Customer service experience, particularly within the private wealth or high-net-worth investor space, is a plus.
4. Experience working with alternative asset classes is highly desirable.
5. Strong team player who enjoys collaboration and demonstrates flexibility to support various semi-liquid product-related tasks.
6. Eagerness to learn and grow within the alternative investment industry, specifically in semi-liquid and private wealth products.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to investor needs across global time zones.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and client-centric mindset to deliver a superior investor experience.
9. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
10. Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on tailoring communication for high-net-worth and private wealth audiences.
11. Degree in finance, economics, or a related field with a strong academic track record.
12. A motivated, passionate individual with a proven ability to handle high workloads and deliver error-free results.
