IFA Admin - Stockport - Permanent - UP TO £31K Our client is a well-established provider in their field who have become a trusted name to their clients. They are looking for a diligent and dynamic person who can join their Administration team. Duties include: Understanding 3 rd party providers platforms and processing times Process transfer, Top-ups, Withdrawals, Income, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA and protection in an accurate and timely manner Managing your individual workload using personal diary system to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Investigating and handling any client queries Managing post relating to new business cases Dealing with queries over the phone and via email. Understanding the internal compliance procedures and the requirements of 3 rd party providers Maintaining client records on back-office system Covering receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients and dealing with third party suppliers. The successful candidate will have worked previously in an IFA Admin role, be a confident communicator and the ability to manage own workload.
