Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor/Cover Teacher to work in a secondary school in the Totton area. Ideally, we are looking for someone available to start in April or May, with full-time availability preferred.
As a Cover Supervisor/Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for supervising classes across Key Stages 3 to 5. You will oversee the classroom, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning, while delivering pre-prepared lesson plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and engaging students in their learning
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Ensuring a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere
* Supporting students’ educational progress
* Being flexible in covering a range of subjects when necessary
