Our long-standing client, a dynamic engineering company that prides itself?on providing over 30 years of technical innovation?is looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to join their rapidly expanding, global company in Exeter. As a QHSE Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring compliance and driving health and safety initiative!
This role is a Full-time position. Working hours 09:00-17:00 from the Exeter Office
Key Responsibilities of the QHSE Manager:
* Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) certifications and support other regulatory certifications
* Supporting IECEx, ATEX and UKEx certifications.
* Prepare and update QHSE statistical tracking data and reports
* Develop and implement emergency response systems and health, safety, and environmental plans
* Conduct internal QHSE audits, inspections, and training, ensuring compliance with company policies
Requirements of the QHSE Manager:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational HSE and working with Integrated Management Systems
2. Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) is advantageous
3. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative
