We are looking for a project administrator to join our growing team and assist our project managers with the expanding administrative needs of the projects we are involved in.
The main roles and responsibilities required of the successful applicant will be:
1. Collating and uploading weekly project information to project databases.
2. Reviewing and distributing information issued by main contractors (generally via project databases).
3. Collating and uploading O&M manuals.
4. Assisting in scheduling deliveries.
5. Additional office administrative duties as required.
The successful applicant must have a good understanding of and be proficient in using Microsoft IT software programmes (predominantly Excel and Word), and ideally have experience in using project management systems/databases such as Aconex and ASite.
The role is office-based in our Ford End head office with occasional visits to sites predominantly in central London. Hours of work will be 9-5 Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will be self-starting, motivated, and keen to learn. Knowledge and preferably experience in PC-based computer programmes such as Excel, Word, Aconex, and ASite are essential. Knowledge and previous experience in the construction industry would be ideal but is not essential.
