Responsibilities:
1. Establish personalized telephone contact with clients. Create a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a home or auto insurance policy. Educate and advise our clients on our products while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
2. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
3. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Successful record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
3. Sales experience and customer experience.
4. Familiarity with all types of insurance plans.
5. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building relationships.
6. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
7. Ability to give presentations.
8. Ability to attract new clients and retain current ones.
Qualifications:
1. College diploma in a related field.
2. 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service would be an asset.
4. Property and Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain). OTL or RIBO.
5. LLQP Life Licence would be an asset.
