We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Parish Support Team as a Governance and Operations Coordinator.
The salary for this position is £19,118 per annum (pro rata of £31,864) based on a 21 hour working week.
You will be responsible for coordinating governance activities, managing administrative tasks and providing support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating governance activities, including meetings and minutes
* Managing administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
* Providing support to team members with their workload
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Basic computer skills and experience with office software
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
