I am seeking a detail-oriented Helpdesk Administrator to ensure the accuracy and organisation of maintenance records for our GTR stations contract. Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing documentation and supporting contract reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and organise physical and digital records.
* Review and verify the accuracy of documentation before saving to AssetPro digital logbooks.
* Update the Asset Register on AssetPro with information from operative worksheets.
* Identify and record remedial work arising from maintenance activities.
* Assist in preparing monthly contract and ad-hoc reports.
* Manage documentation requests and train employees on document access and usage.
* Collaborate with Helpdesk Operators, Operatives, and subcontractors.
* Adhere to company processes and meet periodic KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as a Document Controller.
* Familiarity with facilities management and station assets.
* Proficient in MS Office and AssetPro software.
* Recognised qualification (desirable).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
