Do you have experience of working in Accounts Payable? We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant on a fixed term basis, initially until February 2025. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a vital role within the team and be responsible for processing payments. What you'll be doing as an Accounts Payable Assistant: Processing input into the accounts system including nominal receipts/payments, transfer requests & inter account transfers. Processing invoice entries, reconciling supplier statements and preparing daily/weekly BACS. Managing and resolving queries, both internally and externally. Ensuring compliance within Accounts Payable functions. What we are looking for: Experience working within an Accounts Payable function. PC literate with good knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High levels of organisation and attention to detail. Start date: Monday 9 th December 2024 This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis, initially until the end of February 2025; however, there is a possibility this could be extended.
