Our vision is to deliver the best care to patients, people and families in our local communities, by working effectively with partners to help people to live well Main duties of the job Youwill need to be a registered nurse and Health Visitor The Health Visitor will be responsible and accountable for the operational and strategic management of a caseload and the delivery of high quality programmes of care to infant's children and their families using a multidisciplinary approach. The Health Visitor will participate in the identification and safeguarding of vulnerable children and their families in partnership with other agencies. The Health Visitor will participate in the continued development of community service.
