We have an incredibly rare opportunity for an experienced EA to take on the role of EA / Company Secretary in a high-profile, top global architectural practice.
The Company
Our client are a top global architectural practice, headquartered in London with nearly 400 staff globally. They are multi-award winning, leaders in their field and are in the AJ100 and WA100 lists for the top 100 Architectural companies in the UK and world.
Our client have designed London’s most famous and prestigious buildings and it’s difficult to find a viewpoint in the city where this studio hasn’t had some involvement in the nearby architecture.

The Role
This role comprises of two main areas, Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Executive, as well as company secretary duties.
It is a varied role offering the successful candidate a position which has real impact and influence within the company. It is a rare opportunity to be involved in EA duties at the top level as well as involvement in business activities that genuinely help shape the practice.
The successful Executive Assistant/Company Secretary will contribute to the evolution of a long-established dynamic company with a clear vision, providing high-level support and advice to the 2 most senior Directors to inform strategic decision-making and drive evolutionary development.
The expected time split is roughly:
30% EA duties for CEO and Senior Executive
40% Board related matters
30% Other

Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of Executive Assistant experience
* Organised and able to manage multiple duties and tasks concurrently
* Experience in managing complex diaries, booking flights, hotels, travel etc.
* Excellent literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not required.
* Experience working in a company related to Architecture, Interior Design, construction, real estate etc is desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of employee ownership is desirable but not essential.
* A degree in business management and/or a qualification from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (ICSA) is desirable but not essential.
Benefits/package
* Salary of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
