About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Administrator to join our Group Transition team at Stonegate Group. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in Asset Deployment —one of our key priorities—helping to transition pubs across the group while contributing to our strategic goal of “positioning every site for success.” You will oversee the end-to-end process for Craft Union pubs, ensuring all transitions are executed seamlessly. Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful execution of our transition strategy. Key Responsibilities You’ll provide essential administrative support for the transition of pubs within the Stonegate Group, including managing processes for Craft Union’s investment team and ensuring the smooth roll-out of new sites. You’ll manage and ensure that all governance submissions are timely and accurate, giving attention to detail and precision. Engage with key stakeholders, including the Director of Group Transitions, Head of Group Transitions, and multiple operational teams, to successfully implement transitions. Take responsibility for setting up and closing contracts for new investment sites, coordinating waste services, and ensuring all necessary accounts are in place for site openings and closures. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and maintain a high standard of professionalism, enthusiasm, and commitment across all activities. Skills & Experience Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills : You must be able to handle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy. Excellent Communication : You will be engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from Operations to Senior Leadership. Being an effective listener and communicator is crucial. Project Management Expertise : You will be flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented, ensuring successful and timely transitions while keeping an eye on costs. IT Proficiency : Strong general IT skills to support daily tasks and documentation. Stakeholder Influence : You’ll need to build and maintain productive relationships while influencing decisions across a wide variety of teams and external partners.
