PURPOSE OF ROLE At Belron, we have developed a global standard of Technician Training & Assessment to ensure all 17,000 of our global technicians are able to complete safe and high quality jobs according to the Belron Way of Fitting, first time every time. The purpose of this role is to be the Belron Technical & Operations expert/manager of the online assessment software platform, Question Mark, and support the Technical Training Implementation & Assessment Manager in the development, implementation and deployment of the Belron Global Technician Assessment Program for our Global Technician training teams. The role will support out Technical Training Implementation & Assessment Manager by: Building and managing our Global Technician assessment portfolio within the Question Mark online assessment platform. Supporting the implementation of Question Mark as the Global Technician Assessment platform To manage the transition away from our legacy assessment platform, TAD. To support our Global Technician Training teams in the translation of technician assessments into their native language, provide ongoing support in terms of user permissions/system access and manage assessment deployment and ongoing queries/reporting requirements for all stakeholders. PART B: RESPONSIBILITIES Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Technical Expertise: To have broad experience in the management/use of online assessment software, preferably Question Mark. To work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to design, create, maintain, manage and version control the technician assessment portfolio within Question Mark To manage user access/security permissions for all Question Mark users Responsibility for managing/resolving support issues from all Question Mark users To publish assessments for Question Mark users To build reporting capabilities within Question Mark according to global requirements to facilitate the analysis/reporting of assessment results To manage the Question Mark interface with Workday To respond to user feedback and drive continuous improvements across the assessment portfolio Stakeholder management: Work in partnership with business units to support the change from TAD to Question Mark as the standard technician assessment platform. Support on all local amends needed ensuring alignment to the global standard. To work in partnership with countries to translate assessment materials aligned to the global standard. Programme management : Plan, manage and co-ordinate the translations of materials in line with the global standard. Drive continuous improvement and work with key SME’s to update assessment content in line with new tools, technology, processes, skills required etc Reporting impact Provides oversight of assessment analytics. Evaluates assessment programs for effectiveness and desired outcomes.
