About you...
1. 6 months experience as an Assistant Manager in the fast food/QSR or hospitality industry
2. Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams
3. Direct engagement with budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports
4. Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset
5. A hunger and drive to grow your business
6. Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don’t do overnights!
Your day to day at Grill’d...
1. Work alongside your team to drive sales growth and engagement
2. Manage rosters, team recruitment, stock management & compliance
3. Support ongoing team development through check-ins, performance reviews and talent pipelines
4. Manage business financials and create action plans that directly impact your restaurant’s P&L
5. Engage with your local community with our Local Matters Program
