The Current Opportunity Were looking for a passionate, driven, and highly-organised Grants and Partnerships Officer to join our growing team.

As the Grants and Partnerships Officer, you will support the Major Gifts Team to build meaningful relationships with Trusts, Foundations and Major Donors who share our vision, and secure essential funding, ultimately growing income for the important work of Fields of Life.
Reporting to the Grants and Partnerships Manager, you will ensure excellent stewardship of Trusts, Foundations and Major Donors by creating bespoke impact reports and touchpoints to keep supporters connected and inspired by the difference their support is making.
You will also seek to grow income by identifying new funding opportunities through networking in relevant groups, research, relationship building, and writing applications.
Location:Lisburn, Northern Ireland, or remote with regular travel to Lisburn office.

Job Description The Grants and Partnerships Officer is a key member of the Fields of Life fundraising team, reporting to the Grants and Partnerships Manager.
The position involves a blend of research, writing, fundraising, developing and stewarding long-lasting relationships on behalf of Fields of Life.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows: Fundraising Identify, research and engage with potential funders who align with Fields of Lifes mission and values.
Buildstrongandlong-lastingrelationshipswithpotentialfundersthroughmeetings, phone calls and/or networking and present giving opportunities.
Grow income from Trusts, Foundations and Major Donors across the Fields of Life network.
Relationship Management Manage your own portfolio of supporter relationships as well as supporting the Major Gifts Team to manage other relationships.
Manage a pipeline of application and report deadlines and ensure quality and timely submissions.
Write compelling fundraising proposals and other touchpoints using effective storytelling to inspire existing and new Trusts, Foundations and Major Donors to support Fields of Life.
Createhigh-quality,bespokeimpactreportsthatbringourworktolife.
Ensure the CRM system is updated with precise and well-managed donor information, including comprehensive donor journey plans to enhance engagement and stewardship.
Travel to East Africa, showcasing Fields of Life programmes.
Other Toworkalongsideandencouragethewiderfundraisingteaminmeetingtheir goals.
Toparticipateandsometimesleadweeklydevotionsandprayermeetings.
ToprayfortheworkandfinancialneedsofFieldsofLife.
