We are supporting an incredible London based contemporary fashion brand brand in their search for an Ecommerce Manager.
This is an exciting role which will focus on shaping the future of their e-commerce strategy. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Production, and Logistics, this is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with a fashion focus.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute high-level strategies to drive online sales and maximise revenue across DTC channels.
* Optimise the online shopping experience, leveraging digital and merchandising strategies to deliver an exceptional user journey.
* Identify digital trends and conduct A/B testing to refine website and email content.
* Analyse performance data on a weekly and monthly basis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and ongoing improvement.
* Oversee the website development roadmap, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns and ecommerce initiatives align with product goals and support sell-through.
* Work closely with the Wholesale team to understand overall performance and develop seasonal range plans.
* Manage and mentor the E-commerce Assistant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Lead customer relationship management strategies, maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
