About the Role External candidates applying for this role must be a Rochdale Resident who lives within the municipal boundaries of the Borough of Rochdale The post is based in an integrated Community Mental Health Team covering across Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. About you Qualifications: You will hold GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language or demonstrate a high level of competency in these subjects. Knowledge Skills and Experience: You will be proficient in the use of information technology, including Microsoft Office and customer recording and monitoring systems. You will use your communication skills to ensure impartiality and confidentiality when dealing with clients accessing adult mental health services and have the ability to produce accurate and timely minutes from complex meetings. Knowledge and understanding of the needs and issues faced by vulnerable adults and the role of the Local Authority. With excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative and working effectively as a member of a team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in an evolving/changing environment be flexible in their approach and demonstrate a positive attitude.
