The Role:
Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Manager for our Complex Care Division in Kent. Operating specialist services delivering over 650,000 hours of care annually, the Nurse Manager will work alongside a team of professionals.
As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee a small caseload of complex care clients in Kent, focusing on building strong relationships with them and their families.
Your responsibilities will include managing their care plans, supporting the induction of new staff, and providing clinical care such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG management when needed.
The overall goal of a Nurse Manager is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic team of support workers and Registered nurses.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Hold a valid NMC PIN
* Experience supporting adults and children with a minimum of three years post-registration experience
* Experience in providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving license
