Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Salary: Up to £64,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading highly complex, large value projects, within a complex supply chain and stakeholder environment which have transformational business impact.
2. Providing strong and effective leadership.
3. Working with vendors defining project plans to achieve organisational goals whilst focusing on business change.
4. Delivering to time, cost and quality.
5. Providing timely and concise decision-making information to customers and stakeholders.
6. Proactively managing risk and control through the lifecycle of the project.
7. Ensuring project delivery adheres to BAE governance criteria.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Experience of working on enterprise-wide IT projects and successfully managing suppliers as part of the project delivery team.
2. Demonstrable experience of full end to end project lifecycle delivery.
3. Experience of successfully delivering business transformation and business change.
4. Experience of waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
5. Demonstratable experience of leading on project collaboration and cross functional working.
6. Degree qualified APM Qualifications/associated certificate or equivalent experience.

The Enterprise IT Project Management team:
As part of the team, you will be leading large, cross functional, multi domain teams to deliver projects of significant size and complexity. You will be fully accountable for budgets (£1m+), these will be enterprise level projects looking at applications predominantly, as well as potentially transformational change, and cover all business units in BAE systems.
