My client is a family-run business specializing in the windows and door industry alongside a reactive maintenance department serving private customers, large housing associations, and commercial clients.
They have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator / Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join the team. This will be a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 3-month probation. For the right candidate, there will be a view to extend the term.
The role will involve speaking with clients, owners, and tenants, so you will need to be confident on the telephone and respond to emails with good written skills.
Job Duties
1. Answering calls in a professional manner and assisting with inquiries.
2. Entering jobs onto the computer system.
3. Contacting customers to schedule jobs.
4. Ordering materials and stationery.
5. Filing, shredding, and scanning.
6. Assisting with deliveries.
7. Sending quotes to customers.
8. Raising invoices.
9. Marketing & Social media.
10. Responding to emails and general inquiries.
11. Diary management.
12. Day-to-day office tasks.
13. Stock control.
