Responsibilities
* Handle inbound enquiries both over the phone and via live chat
* Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries
* Deliver high levels of customer service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction
* Bridge the gap between the technical team and the customer
* Upsell additional products and services where possible
Skills & Experience
* Confident telephone manner
* Passion for delivering high levels of customer service at all times
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Previous experience working in an office is preferred
* Attention to detail to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Location: Langley Mill
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
