The Customer Success team are vital to the business as they are responsible for client retention and referral through strong customer relationships, alongside account growth through leads generated and chargeable service management.
The Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for taking personal ownership of the operational relationship between the client and Six Degrees, ensuring the delivered services meet the customer’s requirements and are performed as expected.
We think it's important that you've had previous experience within a Service Delivery/ Customer Success role, preferably within the Managed Service Provider sector. Ideally, we are looking for the Service Delivery Manager to manage the contractual performance of services within the agreed SLA, and influence actions which are required to mitigate or remediate an SLA breach.
