Administrator – Construction
We are delighted to be recruiting an Administrator/Admin Assistant to join a successful construction business in Bridgend. Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support (emailing, filing, logging/updating database system/CRM, etc).
2. Liaising with clients, suppliers, internal staff by phone and email, and logging the information/any actions to be done.
3. Attending meetings with the Director to take minutes, along with dictation for letters/emails.
4. Other general administration and supporting duties as requested by the Director.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Construction Administrator is essential.
2. Knowledge of CE Marking procedures, CHAS, and Construction Line.
3. Friendly, positive attitude.
4. Trustworthy, with good communication and organizational skills.
5. Be happy to undertake a varied role.
6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, etc).
7. Live in/within a commutable distance of Bridgend and be seeking a long-term role.
