Main Responsibilities:
1. Analyze client profile to determine the required KYC information as per procedure.
2. Analyze existing documents and obtain new documents if any changes are observed.
3. Collect or source client information from public sources.
4. Analyze collected data, perform sanity checks, and liaise with relationship managers for further documents, information, and confirmation.
5. Perform name screening and background checks.
6. Input client's data and upload documents into the KYC system.
7. Liaise with quality controllers and compliance teams for any issues.
8. Ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to compliance rules.
9. Be part of departmental methods and process improvement; actively contribute to the convergence program between Paris, London, New York, and Singapore.
10. Conduct/review and analyze information procured to ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for new account openings and maintenance of existing client accounts comply with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedures.
11. Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for new onboarding clients or recertification of existing clients is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
12. Work within a team with an adaptable and flexible approach; coordinate and guide other stakeholders across the team and globe on KYC queries.
13. Ensure proper procurement, maintenance, and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank’s systems for reference and verification.

11. Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good to have:
1. Good level of French communication (verbal and written) skills is a plus.
2. Knowledge of banking regulations across the globe is a plus.
3. Anti-Money Laundering or CAMS certification.
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, or equivalent fields. 2 years of previous experience in KYC/AML/due diligence in corporate or investment banking in a client-facing environment is highly preferable.
