We are looking for an experienced Manager who will have responsibility for the catering provision across the school. Essential qualities/experience: Strategically manage the catering provision for the whole school, including hospitality Experience in menu planning and development, specifically for schools, in accordance with School Food Standard Guidelines Knowledge and experience of complying to food safety and hygiene regulations Experience of effectively managing staff Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality food provision Minimum 5 years catering and budget management Prudent budget management skills Experience of procurement, foods and consumables Experience of generating a year on year surplus in a catering environment for reinvestment in facilities.
