About the Role:
Are you ready to kickstart your career in accountancy? Join us as an Accounting Apprentice in Xeinadin Southend. In this role, you will embark on a journey of learning and development, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside seasoned professionals.
As an accounting apprentice you will provide support on a wide range of accounting services, including tax returns and management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing sole trader, partnership, and Ltd company accounts
· Preparing corporation tax returns
· Preparing management accounts
· Delivering the Xeinadin vision and value
· Representing the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
· Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
· Collaborating with team members on larger audit assignments and gaining exposure to tax computations.
Key Requirements:
· Working towards AAT/ ACCA desirable
· A strong desire to pursue further qualifications and become a qualified Accountant.
Additional Requirements:
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
· Proficiency in Excel and basic IT software packages.
