You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns, refine processes, and contribute to a marketing ecosystem that bridges automation with holistic demand generation. B2B Demand Generation Manager key responsibilities: Manage, optimise, and scale our marketing automation platform to enhance the efficiency of marketing operations. Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Build, implement, and monitor automated workflows to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel. Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads. Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns that align with strategic business goals and sales objectives. Oversee the end-to-end development and management of marketing campaigns, including email, content, and targeted digital outreach. Conduct A/B testing to optimise performance (e.g., subject lines, content formats, CTAs). Monitor and evaluate the performance of demand generation and automation campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
