~ Relationship Building : Develop strong, lasting relationships with agents and recruitment partners to expand our global network.
~ Data-Driven Sales : Track and analyze market data to optimize recruitment strategies and deliver strong results.
Networking Skills : Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with agents, families, and partners.
~ Adaptability & Drive : Comfortable with international travel and flexible working hours.
