Job Description NetSuite's Marketing Team plays a key role in driving this growth and consequently is looking for a results-oriented and strategic Senior Manager for our Acceleration team. This player-manager role leads the front line of our prospect nurturing and acceleration activities and is focused on delivering opportunities, pipeline, logos and ARR. This role will be responsible for through-funnel conversion in line with vertical and segment priorities EMEA-wide. Working as a strategic partner to Sales, this role has a critical focus on volume and velocity through-funnel. Experience in identifying, scoping and delivering allbound campaigns to nurture, accelerate and activate prospects through to logo is critical. Responsibilities Manages a team of Campaigns, Field and Partner Marketing experts to nurture and accelerate prospect audiences in our C-TAL and B-TAL categories and supports Sales with the acceleration and closure of our A-TAL and Opportunity categories. Planning and Execution - Plan and manage the execution of strategic allbound marketing campaigns: - Using the full marketing mix and appropriate tactics by funnel stage, to build awareness, acquire new leads, accelerate them through the funnel and close as logos. - Working with the wider EMEA Marketing team to ensure reach and amplification through available channels and engagement & impact through Direct, Channel and AMO (Customer) Sales teams as appropriate. Optimisation - Refine and optimise all campaigns to maximise return on investment, with a focus on volume and velocity in lead generation, acceleration and conversion through the sales funnel. - Embed nurture programmes, retargeting and ABM tactics to maximise the reach and impact of our campaigns. - Drives a 'digital first' strategy (with a focus on channel & platform innovation/tooling) to drive team, process and campaign efficiencies, embedding a 'test and refine' culture of innovation and best-practice through our day-to-day working. Campaign Analysis and Reporting - Review the performance of campaigns across all channels with marketing management & Sales Leadership as appropriate. - Provides detailed analysis and commentary, makes recommendations and implement changes where necessary, to ensure campaign impact. - Forecast and monitor ongoing target attainment (opps/pipeline and logos/ARR) and works with the wider Marketing team to recommend appropriate actions to achieve and exceed expectations. Stakeholder Management and Communication - Owns the Marketing interface with the Outbound SDR & New Business Sales organizations (Direct Channel) and their eco-systems. - Develops and delivers campaign briefings/enablement and provides the necessary information and support to the relevant sales teams and business units to ensure each campaign is a success. - Works closely with Sales and Sales Development Reps to scope, plan activity, report on campaign performance and obtain feedback to optimise your efforts. - Maintains appropriate levels of communication with centralized Oracle services e.g. Marcomms, Marketing Operations, Translations etc. - Has a regular cadence of best practice/sharing with Field Marketing colleagues across the NetSuite organization, as well as across Apps & Tech Marketing teams to ensure reach & amplification of field activities. Qualifications & Key Skills: - Marketing qualifications (preferable). - Minimum 5 years' experience in the delivery of allbound marketing campaigns and events within a B2B organisation. - Must have demonstrable strategic Field Marketing experience. - Must have demonstrable strategic Partner Marketing experience. - Must have a thorough understanding of SDR & New Business Sales processes (incl. detailed understanding of TAL process & associated systems requirements e.g. system fields & lead handling) - Must have a proven track record in establishing & maintaining excellent Sales & SDR Stakeholder relationships. - Software and technology experience is a plus. - Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance. - Stringent budget management skills. - Must be data-driven and able to analyse and interpret data competently. - Strong project management skills. - Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures. Career Level - M3 Responsibilities Manages and controls all field marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic marketing programs. Disseminate key corporate information to the line-of-business or geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Act as a liaison with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the line-of-business or geography. Focus on best practice and continuous improvement in all business and management activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and line-of-business and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a global or geographic basis. Manage line-of-business/geographical social media strategy. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to overall marketing strategies and budgets; through motivation and maintaining high level of individual / team performance.
