The Role: Youll be working in pairs, one electrical, one mechanical, with a clear goal: keep things running, fix whats broken, and improve what you can. Theres no time for waiting around. Youll tackle breakdowns, improve efficiency, and take ownership of your work. The shift pattern is as follows: Week 1: Four 12-hour days (MonThu, 6 am 6 pm). Week 2: Two 12-hour nights (WedThu, 6 pm 6 am) and one 9-hour shift (usually Monday or Tuesday night). Week 3: Two 12-hour nights (MonTue, 6 pm 6 am) and one 12-hour day shift (Friday, 6 am 6 pm). Whats on offer? Salary : £43,000 - £46,000 Benefits : Pension scheme (5% employee, 10% employer) 9 x salary death in service benefit Profit-related bonus in June Employee ownership bonus in July (tax-free) Day and night shifts. Its not a 9-5 job, and thats a good thing. What we need from you: Solid engineering experience in either electrical or mechanical disciplines. Fast-paced environments preferred. Qualifications: HNC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Ability to Solve Problems: No time for half-measures. Fix things right, first time. Team Player: Youll work with a partner, so communications key.
