We are seeking a Head of IT Service Delivery for a leading blue-chip organisation that is embarking on a significant transformation of its systems and processes to support continued business growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on the service delivery of the company’s IT function.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the transition of IT Services to a 3rd Party Supplier. Your experience with both in-house IT teams and managing relationships with outsourced Managed Service Providers (MSPs) will be crucial to your success.
Role Overview:
1. Transition Expertise: You will have experience managing IT service transitions, with a focus on delivering seamless change.
2. Service Delivery: Manage and oversee the day-to-day IT service delivery for the business, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and 3rd party suppliers.
3. Service Levels & Performance: Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
4. Integration & Improvement: Lead the integration of IT services and develop service improvement plans to enhance overall performance.
5. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
6. Team Development: Play a key role in the development and upskilling of internal team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
