About us
We are a small close knit team that consists of 2 ½ Vets, 6 RVN’s and 2 non clinical colleagues. We all look after each other and genuinely care for one another. We’re always looking for novel ways to support our staff wellbeing and create a relaxed atmosphere, so new ideas are always welcomed!
Our practice owner Nicoleta graduated from the University of Bucharest-Romania in 1997 and has worked in the UK for the past 8 years so brings a wealth of experience with her!
About you
Nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients. You’ll have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. The key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care.
Becoming part of our nursing team will allow you to be involved in all aspects of nursing care, whatever your interests may be! Our nurses are utilised to their fullest potential, and we actively encourage and support you in any way we can.
We have 2 clinical coaches in practice who are ready to mentor and support you!
About the role
This role will be full time working 40 hours a week with no weekends involved! Your shifts will either be working 9am - 5pm, 11am - 7pm or 9am - 7pm depending on practice needs.
