Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Customer Care Champion working within our Otisline Contact Center Team. The hours of work will be provided upon hiring.
Acting as the primary interface between our internal and external customers, you will be based in Otisline but will have the flexibility and ability to upskill into other areas of the customer service center.
On a typical day you will:
1. Receive and adjudicate emergency breakdown calls.
2. Ensure all customer and mechanic questions are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
3. Ensure that our Otis Business Systems are updated with specific, accurate information.
What you will need to be successful:
1. You are passionate about excellent customer service.
2. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. You are a team-player and are able to work under pressure to deliver business commitments.
