Job Title: HR Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum (+ 15% bonus for permanent employees)
Location: London Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Contract: Permanent or Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Typical hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexibility on hours and occasional availability to meet with the US team. The role will involve coordination with US HR Systems and HR Ops teams, which are 8 hours behind London time.)
Start Date: End of February (Hand-over period available but subject to the candidate’s availability. Earliest start date for a temp would be 3rd/4th March.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Onboarding:
1. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including tasks within Workday.
2. Liaise with new hires, IT, and line managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
3. Facilitate right to work checks, equipment setup, and new hire introduction.
4. Help revamp the onboarding process as part of an exciting project to improve the employee experience.
2. HR Administration:
1. Handle general employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and Workday.
2. Perform HR transactions and upload necessary documentation into Workday.
3. Recruitment Support:
1. Schedule candidate interviews and assist in the recruitment process.
4. Policy Updates:
1. Collaborate in updating and revising the UK employee handbook.

1. Proven experience with Workday is essential.
2. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
3. A strong process improvement mindset, with the ability to optimize workflows and systems.
4. Highly service-oriented, approachable, and proactive in providing solutions.
5. Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
6. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs, particularly when working with different time zones.
