Enrolment Executive role involves tracking new candidates, contacting suitable applicants, and providing customer service to direct them through the pilot training process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tracking and monitoring of new candidates
* Phone and email contact with suitable candidates
* Directing candidates to the best team or manager
* Providing customer service and support
* Discussing candidate goals and supporting them to the next stage
* Participating in Enrolment days at the centre
* Completing general administration duties using Microsoft Office
* Working with the sales team and reporting to the sales manager
* Offering career advice and support via email
Candidate Requirements:
* Organised and proactive attitude
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Good telephone manner and customer service experience
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient on Microsoft Office and Excel
* Team player with self-motivation and ability to work alone
* Experience with face-to-face customer service

This is an onsite role, working Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. You must be able to commit to 5 days a week in the office as hybrid working is not an option and ideally drive due to the location of the role.
