Business Support Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Providing all areas of the business with administrative support
2. Assisting with booking meeting rooms, filing, and covering for colleagues when on leave
3. Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have the correct compliance contracts
4. Greeting all guests that come into the office with a warm welcome
5. Assisting the managers with company events
6. Providing a high level of customer service
7. Performing general office administrative duties when required
Business Support Administrator Requirements:
1. Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Strong user of MS Suite
3. High level of attention to detail
4. Confident and proactive person
5. Able to motivate yourself
6. Experience of working in a fast-paced role within an office environment desired but not essential
