We have a fantastic opportunity for a Revit Coordinator to join our Leeds office.
You will be working closely with Hoare Lea Engineers to deliver projects to our Clients. Responsible for the BIM/Revit processes on projects from scheme design through to tender, you will be comfortable managing and prioritising your own workload to ensure deadlines are met. You will be part of a team and expected to encourage and train Revit technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Working practical knowledge of 3D design tools, primarily Revit. AutoCAD, NavisWorks, COBie & BIM.
2. Understanding of the practical application of modelling MEP services.
3. Support the culture of BIM/Revit technology within the Office/Firm.
4. Establishing project level BIM/Revit strategies and supporting their delivery.
5. Enable Engineers to deliver multi-discipline projects using the latest technology and Revit Plug-ins. EG. Dynamo. & RFTools.
6. Promote and assist teams in adopting best practice in implementing BIM methodologies and practices.
7. Support the work associated with Revit software upgrades, testing and document management.
8. Reinforce quality assurance processes to ensure that all client deliverables are fully compliant with standards.
9. Assist Engineers with project delivery to setup and maintain projects to ensure delivery to client.
10. Familiar with model setup and maintenance.
11. Train Revit technicians.
What We Are Looking For
12. You will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and methodical approach.
13. Have excellent understanding of working as a Revit Coordinator within a Building Services environment.
14. Have a good level of experience of coordinating Building Services at detail design stages parts i, ii and iii.
15. Able to demonstrate strong Revit technical knowledge, with experience in adoption of BIM processes, supporting a range of BIM solutions, with a proven competence in the latest version of Autodesk Revit.
16. Knowledge of infrastructure design processes working within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment, able to identify, interpret and apply required industry, client or internal Revit standards.
17. You will be solutions focused, proactive and flexible, at ease working as part of a project delivery team and communicating BIM/Revit best practice at an industry level.
18. You will have excellent communication skills and comfortable communicating with people at all levels to enable you to build good working relationships.
19. You will have the qualities to develop and improve our Revit capabilities in order to become more efficient.
20. You will be developing the skills of more junior BIM technicians.
21. You will assist in the management of the team and will be delegating and prioritising workload on a daily basis.
