Brand Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful launch of our new ADHD treatment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the launch of the new ADHD treatment.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
3. Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
4. Create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional campaigns.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmaceutical marketing positions.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
