Salary: £32,000 per annum
Schedule: 5 out of 7 days per week

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring excellence in guest service
2. Manage and mentor a dedicated team of hospitality professionals
3. Optimise efficiency and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences
5. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
About you:
1. Proven experience in hotel management or related field
2. Exceptional leadership and communication skills
3. Strong problem-solving abilities
4. In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends
