We are recruiting a dedicated female Support Worker to join a 24/7 complex care package supporting a female client with epilepsy, learning disabilities, and sensory impairments. Due to the personal nature of the role and the client’s preferences, this position is open to female applicants only in line with the Equality Act 2010 (Occupational Requirement). You will play a key role in providing structured, consistent care and meaningful engagement throughout the day. Key Responsibilities • Provide full personal care and daily living support • Manage epilepsy care including monitoring seizures and administering rescue medication • Support mobility and ensure constant supervision • Use clear, simple communication tailored to the client’s needs • Maintain a structured and positive daily routine • Use behaviour support techniques calmly and consistently Essential Requirements • Experienced in epilepsy and seizure management • Confident in administering rescue medications • Comfortable delivering personal care and mobility support • Strong experience in working with individuals with complex needs • Able to build a structured, calm, and proactive environment • Must be a female support worker due to the personal care element and client preference • Experience with behaviour support plans • Familiarity with sensory impairments • Experience in supported living or similar complex care settings Additional Information • This is a non-sponsored position • Must be currently living in the UK with valid right to work • Immediate start available for suitable candidates Apply Now If you are an experienced support worker who is confident working with complex needs and wants to make a meaningful difference, apply today to be considered
