Creative Strategist Job Description
The Creative Strategist is not only the bridge between the client and the agency but also an integral link between our internal teams to deliver the exceptional work we produce. You will be responsible for ensuring the agency meets (and exceeds!) the client's expectations and that the wider team is on track to provide continued growth for our clients on TikTok.
You will reach across all key functions that go into creating our agency's output; from initial ideation, creative briefing, Creator communications, right through to final delivery. You are a continuous problem solver, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.
Working alongside our TikTok marketing team, your focus will be on coming up with creative user-generated content ideas for the multitude of brands we work with. You will play a central role in managing micro-influencer relationships and driving brand partnerships with creators on the platform. You will also be a key player in leading brand development across our client's TikTok accounts.
We are looking for a confident and organized creative who can inject their passion and knowledge of TikTok and marketing into our young team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. In-depth Creative Strategy: Building performance-driven creative strategies for D2C brands on TikTok.
2. Analyzing performance data such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, TSR, and Hold-Rate to drive creative optimization and reporting.
3. UGC Management: Responsible for ensuring we deliver UGC TikTok content consistently for each client account. You will be the main point of contact for clients' creative needs, ensuring all creative KPIs are met and managed. You will work closely with TikTok creators to ensure the UGC content created is of high and commercially viable quality.
4. Influencer management: Lead the hunt to create partnerships with brands and creators, finding creators authentic to each brand, managing relationships, ensuring UGC content is delivered on time, and negotiating terms in line with our budgets.
5. Research: Stay aware of upcoming trends on TikTok and be up-to-date with potential new content angles.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
1. Manage clients' expectations with UGC creative.
2. Show exceptional communication skills to manage both client and creator relationships.
3. Have a deep passion for and understanding of the TikTok platform and what drives success for brands.
4. Ensure we are hitting monthly UGC deliverables for each client account.
5. Understand the difference between organic creative designed to get views and UGC that drives conversions.
6. Be confident in leading content and creative strategy across TikTok organic and paid.
7. Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
8. Understand clients' business and KPIs.
9. Effectively provide feedback to creators to develop and improve their UGC creative.
