As an Receptionist you will use your knowledge and skills to carry out Reception and a small amount of administrative duties with accuracy and to support the provision and delivery of services to colleagues.,
* Greeting and directing visitors
* Answering and redirecting incoming calls
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Dealing with courier deliveries and requests
* Arranging meeting room requests and lunch ordering
* Managing colleague travel requests, booking travel, hotel, and hire cars
* Keeping access building passes updated
* Invoice processing for activities as above
Experience working within a reception environment
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone.
